By booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, service address, and any details about your home that may affect the service. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. Your use of the booking platform may also be subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation are governed by the policies as stated at the time of booking. Any applicable fees or notice requirements are as stated at the time of booking. We will do our best to arrive within your scheduled time, but arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Please secure or let us know about pets, and put away valuables, cash, and fragile or sentimental items before your cleaning. Please also tell us in advance about any surfaces, items, or areas that need special care or should not be cleaned.

6. Safe Working Conditions

You agree to provide a reasonably safe environment for our team, including working utilities such as water and electricity. We may decline or stop a service if conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was described at booking.

7. Satisfaction Concerns

8. Damage or Loss

If you believe something was damaged or is missing during a service, please contact us promptly with a description and any photos. We will review each report in good faith.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkle and Shine Chicago will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our Website or services.
