Yes. Sparkle & Shine Chicago carries full general liability insurance and coverage for our team members while they are working in your home or business. This ensures that your property, belongings, and our cleaners are protected at all times. Your peace of mind is a top priority, and we take every step necessary to provide a safe, secure, and professional cleaning experience.


Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.


We use and source a premium, eco-friendly line of professional-grade cleaning chemicals used by top-tier cleaning companies that prioritize both safety and performance. No harsh fumes, irritants and safe on all surfaces. We also use microfiber and HEPA vacuums.


We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our hardworking team, we kindly ask that you notify us of any appointment changes as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment will not incur any fee.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or failure to provide access to the property, will result in a full charge of the cleaning service booked.

We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us compensate our employees fairly while providing exceptional service to all our clients.


All payments are securely processed through BookingKoala at the time of booking. Your card is saved on file, but you are only charged after your cleaning is completed. You’ll receive an email receipt right away, and you can update your payment method anytime in your client portal.
